  • onfiguration, maintenance, and optimization of Call Center Systems Applications Tools such as Dialer and SMS Campaigns C
  • ollection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources across multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner. W
  • ritten and verbal presentations of findings to a varied audience from front line sales staff through cross functional senior leadership P
  • articipation in cross functional working groups to identify root cause and potential opportunities, devise solutions, and measure results. P
  • articipation in defining user requirements, functionality, strategic and tactical use cases, training development, and implementation of sales enhancement technology for the Inside Sales Team.
